Determine Required Repair

Step 1 (Optional). Take a look at your shoes and understand which repair is required. Not sure? See image below, take our quiz or send us an email. This is optional since we have a single price and our cobblers will repair and adjust pricing as needed. As a note, ‘No Edge’ shoes are priced as Half Sole and Rand Repair.

Shipping Orders

Step 2. Place your order online here. 

Step 3. Ship your shoes to us at 3002 Lawrence Expressway, Santa Clara, CA 95051. 

Step 4. Once your resole is complete, you will receive a notification via text and/or email. 

Step 5. Your shoes will be returned to you at the shipping address provided.

Dropoff/Pickup Orders 

Step 2. Find gym location closest to you. 

Step 3. Scan QR code on-site to complete order. 

Step 4. Place your shoes in the Drop-Off Box, conveniently located in the gym or other local spot.

Step 5. Once your resole is complete, you will receive a notification via text and/or email. 

Step 6. Your shoes will be returned to you at the original drop-off location.
